The Knickerbocker Hotel has its charm with a delightful vintage feel and comfortable beds that mostly offer good value for the price. The location is fantastic, just steps from Michigan Avenue and popular attractions. However, the outdated hallways and high parking fees were a drawback for me, and the dining experience could use some attention to detail.

I stayed in a spacious corner room with beautiful decor and lots of natural light, which was quite comfortable. However, the bed linens could be improved for better quality.

The staff was attentive, especially Candice at the front desk who was very helpful with suggestions. However, consistency in warmth from the front desk staff could strengthen the overall service experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, just half a block from Michigan Avenue and a block from the beach, making it very convenient for exploring.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, with a clean environment and a very comfortable bed which significantly enhanced my experience. However, the service lacked warmth and efficiency during my check-in and breakfast, which left a bit to be desired. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to many attractions that I enjoyed visiting. Overall, it was a good stay, but some aspects could definitely be improved.
